Return Policy
At Zepkarts, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was received.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
We do not provide refunds. Eligible returns will be replaced with the same product or an alternative product of equal value.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement.

Zepkarts reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
